The Worcester Pub Theatre Group have pleasure in performing two plays for the Worcestershire Literary Festival - “The Other Battle of Worcester ” (written by one of our members) – a light-hearted and bawdy tale about how a group of local Royallists inadvertently changed the predicted outcome of the battle. The second play is called “Unexpected Item in Bagging Area” and is a behind-the-scenes look at life in a supermarket as viewed by some of the staff. Dry and witty observed humour by Lynn Brittney. If you enjoyed the BBC series Dinner Ladies – this is one for you. The performance of both plays will take just under an hour.
